You may think that hiring a building limits you to a pre-configured structure, however, this is  not always the case. In many situations we  can customise and reconfigure our pre-owned cabins to meet your specific business needs, or better still create brand new cabin layouts tailor-made to suit your business.

There are two main contract options when hiring a portable cabin - short-term and long-term hire. Hiring a portable building can satisfy both a short-term need, with a hiring period of at least three months, or a long-term need with the option to hire a building for up to 20 years. If you decide you want to keep your building longer than your chosen contract period, you also have the option to move onto a rolling contract too. Buying a portable cabin

If you are looking for more of a long-term solution and would prefer to own your portable cabin, you can choose to have your very own brand new, bespoke portable cabin built. Alternatively, you can also choose from a selection of pre-owned and used portable cabins too. With a variety of used portable buildings on offer, it’s likely you will be able to find something perfect for your project, and if not, we can work with you to help create the perfect solution for you.

Buying your building means you won’t have the continuing overhead of a hiring fee, and you will be able to do anything you see fit with your portable building. This may include relocating it, customising it further, reconfiguring it, extending it, or recouping some of your initial outlay by selling it as an asset when selling your business.
