Springfield has been manufacturing modular buildings for over 40 years. We believe our ongoing success can be directly related to our ethos to provide bespoke portable buildings built to meet our clients’ precise needs and constructed from the very best materials available. Your building, built your way, guided by our experience.

This means you have as much input as you want in designing your own building and won’t be railroaded into taking a grey box “from stock” that you can “make do” Surprisingly this doesn’t mean that your building costs more. Our methods of construction are a combination of modern techniques, tried and tested, effective production methods, highly trained craftsmen, decades of experience and a dedication to go above and beyond and deliver economies that others can’t match.

You look after the way it looks and then leave it to us to do all the complicated stuff like planning permission, groundworks, landscaping and liaising with utilities - the next thing you know is we’re handing you the keys.

We also offer choices in buying options - Hire or Buy.

Hire - Browse our catalogue of buildings available from our hire stock. These buildings are predominantly pre-owned and, in some cases, can be reconfigured to suit your Company's needs, dependent on complexity. We are happy to manufacture bespoke buildings for hire, but this would be subject to the length of hire, and again, the complexity of the design.

Buy - Create a new build to meet the precise specifications of your business as detailed above. Springfield can discuss the creation of a bespoke building with potential buyers to ensure that you have a building to be proud of and absolutely fit for purpose. You also benefit from a dedicated project manager, who will be assigned to see your order through from start to finish to explain the wide range of choices and offer advice on cost savings and new technology.

The Process

• One of our professional project team members will answer your initial call and be assigned as your project manager for the entirety of the project

• In the first call, we discuss your requirements and budget to ensure Springfield is the perfect fit.

• Consider all of your bespoke options

• We manage every aspect of the job, including handling planning permission, utilities and groundwork contractors

• The construction of your building happens in our 40,000 sq. ft factory in St Helens and then transported, sited, and connected to utilities then handed over.
