Manufacturing buildings in our ISO-approved workshop provide our team with a controlled environment in which they construct each modular building, allowing our team to completely tailor your building to your needs; supplying you with your building, your way.

Building Finishes

We offer a wide variety of external finishes including brick slip, steel-clad, PVC timber effect cladding and natural wood.

External Cladding

External cladding can make a huge difference to how your building looks and we have lots of options for you to choose from. Some of the materials we use are available in a variety of colours and include:

  • Plastisol steel
  • Brick slip
  • Cedar clad
  • PVC cladding
  • Laminate

Windows

Our windows come in a variety of shapes, sizes and colours including:

  • Square
  • Round
  • Picture windows
  • Architectural windows
  • Special shape

At Springfield, all of our windows come with some standard features to create a safe and secure environment in your new building. These include:

  • UPVC – low maintenance, recyclable, durable, rot-resistant and provides thermal comfort.
  • Pilkington “K” Glass – helps considerably in reducing the amount of energy required to heat a room.
  • Double Glazing – insulation, noise reduction and security are provided through the use of double glazing.
  • Lockable Handles – high-level security.

On top of the standard features, you can choose from a combination of the below:

  • Tinted – To help prevent the sun’s glare and UV rays from entering the building.
  • Trickle Vents – These can be fitted to windows to provide the whole building with ventilation and provide air to the extract fans, aiding in the removal of odours and humidity.
  • Argon Filled – Argon is used to increase the energy efficiency and general performance of thermal windows. Argon-filled windows bring the temperature of the window closer to room temperature.
  • Solar Tinted – Having solar tinted windows helps eliminate hot spots in the building, regulates the amount of light entering each room and reduces glare on computer screens.
  • Laminated – Laminated glass is a type of safety glass that holds together when shattered. In the event of breaking, it is held in place by an interlayer between two or more layers of glass.
  • Toughened – Toughened glass is up to five times stronger than regular glass and is specially treated so that it will break into small, blunt pieces under pressure.

Roofing

Choose from a flat or pitched roof with a variety of colour and tile profiles, with the ability to match cladding or stand apart.
