A Very Special Birthday: Carole Turns 80!
Last week, we had the absolute joy of celebrating an incredible milestone – Carole Britner, one of our much-loved Directors and part of the Springfield family since day one, turned 80!
Carole has been the heart behind the scenes from the beginning – supporting our founder (and her husband) Ken Britner. Whilst Ken took care of business Carole was busy raising their four children: Steven, David, Michael & Lyndsey all of whom are now proudly involved in the business.
Known for her kindness, wisdom, and unwavering support, Carole has touched the lives of so many across the years. Whether it’s a word of encouragement or a warm smile, she makes everyone feel valued.
We marked the occasion with a lovely team buffet and birthday cake at Springfield HQ – a small token of our appreciation for everything Carole has given to this company and community.
Happy 80th Birthday, Carole!
