PROJECT: Security Building – 2 bay modular
CLIENT DETAILS:
Wilson James are one of the UK’s leading construction logistics providers, they provide flexible solutions and support services that enable their clients to concentrate on their core project objectives. They design, plan and deliver a bespoke logistics solution, from the planning and pre-construction phases of a project through to completion. One of their blue-chip clients commissioned them to find a replacement for an existing security building which was no longer fit for purpose.
OVERVIEW:
Springfield had been involved in previous projects on-site at the client of Wilson James and were approached by WJ following great feed-back on the previous work carried out by Springfield. The current project was a simple replacement of the existing modular building with a 2-bay modular building which included the security room, DOC M WC (Comprehensive disabled toilet facilities). Kitchen, and induction room. There was also a demand for the roof of the building to be designed to allow for rainwater harvesting, drained to a catchment tank.
WHAT SPRINGFIELD DID:
Springfield worked with Wilson James to design the building ensuring building regulation compliance and then supplied and delivered the 2 bays to site for installation by Springfield craftsmen.
