Springfield’s standard modular buildings are inherently long lasting and low maintenance comprising a fully-welded steel frame and bonded wall panels with an outer steel skin.
With almost limitless applications Springfield’s buildings are designed and manufactured under close factory supervision. Preparation of the site takes place at the same time allowing occupation within a matter of weeks.
Springfield’s buildings are made up of modules manufactured in 3m wide sections and range in length from 6m up to 12m. They can be linked at the side or end or connected to existing structures to form large areas of working space.
All our buildings can be finished in a wide range of external colours and internal fixtures and fittings. These can include kitchens, toilets, shower units, suspended ceilings, fire and intruder alarm systems, window guards and numerous carpets and vinyls.
