Specifications

SIZES
3.6m x 2.4m - 9.6m x 3.0m (16 standard sizes).
JACK-LEG MOUNTED
Mild steel telescopic jack-legs comprising square section outer and inner legs. Stacking and craneage plates are welded to the top of each leg.
EXTERNAL FINISH
Plastisol coated galvanized steel with textured leathergrain finish. This material, in normal environments, has a life expectancy of up to 20 years, with only occasional washing down.
ROOF
Single piece roofing system bonded to roof deck fixed to timber joists at 400mm centres. Roof falls to each side, insulation is fitted in roof void, 9mm vinyl-faced plasterboard ceiling linings.
WALLS
Plastisol coated galvanised steel bonded insulation and with an internal lining of 12.5mm vinyl-faced plasterboard.
FLOOR
Heavy-duty vinyl sheet floor bonded to 18mm moisture resistant chipboard fixed to 'vac-vac' treated timber joists at 400mm centres. The underside of the floor is underdrawn with Ecobrite thermal insulation.
WINDOWS
914 x 1067mm single-glazed windows, complete with anodized frames and top opening vents.
DOORS
Doors are faced both sides with plastisol coated steel and fitted to a steel frame, complete with draught proofing strip. Each door is fitted with a 5-lever mortice lock and satin furniture.
ELECTRICS
Lighting is provided by 1500mm fluorescent lights, 13 amp switched sockets are all wired to a mains consumer unit fitted with MCBs and RCD protection concealed in PVC surface trunking, all to I.E.E. Regulations.
