Specifications

ROOF
Seamless membrane blanket bonded to plywood on timber furrings to form a mono-pitch roof fall. These are anchored to timber joists at 400mm centres and white 9mm vinyl-faced plasterboard forming the internal ceiling finish. The roof support comprises two main structural steel beams supported by two vertical steel columns on each side. The columns are fully welded to the side beams and floor perimeter frame. Gutter and rainwater down pipe to one side. The roof is insulated to meet relevant standards.
CEILING HEIGHT
2.4m internal headroom.
FLOOR
The floor is made up of a steel perimeter fitted with treated timber joists at 300mm centres spanning the length of the cabin. The floor is insulated with thermal insulated quilt with weatherproof finish.
WALLS
The wall panels are vacuum pressed to form a strong durable finish with plasticoated steel exterior, insulation to the centre, 12.5mm White vinyl-faced plasterboard to the internal finish and White plastic bevelled skirting to all walls. The walls are also formed with grip-lock joints creating a weather seal and are connected to the floor frame and roof.
WINDOWS
914 x 1067mm double-glazed windows complete with top openers, white PVCu frames, Pilkington 'K' glass, background trickle ventilation and locking mechanism.
DOORS
External doors come complete with Plastisol coated steel finish, weather seal and 5-lever cylinder lock. Internal doors come with a Sapele lipped finish and either a 2-lever lock or latch depending on the requirement.
LIGHTING
Standard light fittings are 1500mm 58w Fitzgerald fluorescents and are available with acrylic diffusers supplied as an optional extra.
HEATING
Wall mounted 2kw Dimplex heaters complete with thermostatic controls and 13 amp switched spur.
SOCKETS
Twin 13 amp switched type.
