Specifications

SIZES
10.8m x 3m - 12m x 3.6m (5 Standard sizes).
JACK LEG MOUNTED
Mild steel telescopic jack-legs comprising square section outer and inner legs. Stacking and craneage plates are welded to the top of each leg.
EXTERNAL FINISH
Plastisol PVC coating with textured leathergrain finish applied to a galvanised substate. This material, in normal environments, has a life expectancy of up to 20 years, with only occasional washing down.
ROOF
Single piece roofing system bonded to 9mm Far-Eastern plywood deck fixed to timber joists at 400mm centres, roof falls and is cross-vented to each side. Fibreglass insulation is fitted in roof void, 9mm vinyl-faced plasterboard ceiling linings. Guttering to both end elevations on all unit sizes.
WALLS
Plastisol PVC coated galvanised steel bonded to insulation and 12.5mm plasterboard to give haf-hour fire-rating.
FLOOR
Heavy-duty vinyl sheet floor bonded to 22mm moisture resistant chipboard fixed and glued to 'vac-vac' treated timber joists at 300mm centres. The underside of the floor is underdrawn with thermal insulation with weatherproof finish. The floor is steel.
WINDOWS
914 x 1067mm double-glazed windows complete with white PVCu frames, Pilkington 'K' glass top openers, trickle ventilation and locking mechanism.
DOORS
External doors come with plastisol coated steel finish, 5-lever euro-cylinder lock and furniture and draft seal around door perimeter.
ELECTRICS
Lighting is provided by 1500mm fluorescent lights, 13 amp switched sockets are all wired to mains consumer unit fitted with MCBs and RCD protection concealed in the wall cavity, all to I.E.E Regulations.
