Double Storey Buildings
When you have a site which has limited space, our double storey buildings provide a practical solution – twice the working space with half the floor area.
Built under close factory supervision, our double storey range is manufactured at the same time as the foundations and services are prepared. This allows the occupation of the building within a short timescale.
With our wide range of exterior colour finishes, quality fixtures and floor coverings, a working environment can be created to rival traditional building methods, yet at a fraction of the cost.
By using a steel frame structure, bonded wall panels with plastisol steel exterior finish and a durable flat roof construction, Springfield buildings are inherently long lasting and low maintenance.
With minimum disruption, Springfield can manufacture, install and finish buildings within a matter of weeks.
EXTERNAL COLOURS
We have a range of external colours to choose from. Buildings can be produced in one colour or have contrasting trims to help blend with existing structures.
ELECTRICAL FITTINGS
In addition to our standard fittings we can supply a range of optional extras. These can include stand-alone fire and intruder alarm systems, CAT2 lighting, computer dado trunking and emergency lighting.
SANITARY FITTINGS
Springfield can accommodate all your sanitary needs. Buildings can be designed to include disabled toilets, infant and adult toilet suites, kitchens, showers, washrooms and baby change facilities.
STAIRCASES
All our double storey buildings come complete with an internal staircase which is installed once the building is on-site.
All our buildings are made up of standard module sizes which can be linked together to form most building configurations.
