Brick-clad & Pitched Roof Buildings
SPRINGFIELD BRICK-CLAD SYSTEM
When appearance matters, Springfield can manufacture buildings that are not only to your own requirement but also blend aesthetically with existing structures.
Our brick-clad buildings are delivered with most of the internal fittings already completed, just leaving the cladding to be added on-site. This allows the building to be finished within a fraction of the time associated with traditional methods and adds little overall cost.
On inspection it is difficult to tell the difference between this type of construction and traditional construction methods.
The wall consists of an outer skin of kiln-dried bricks which are glued to a fully insulated backing panel and pointed to create a durable finish, yet uses a cladding no more than 40mm thick.
ADVANTAGES:
- Low cost
- Colour matched with existing brick structures
- High quality durable finish
- Fast installation
- Fully insulated
- Appearance comparative to traditional buildings
SPRINGFIELD PITCHED ROOF SYSTEM
In addition to our brick-clad finish, Springfield can also offer a lightweight pitched roof system that can be added with relatively low cost.
The roof is made using traditional style timber trusses, felted, battened and finished in a lightweight steel roof tile.
The tiles come in a range of colours and styles and have the inherent benefit of being durable and low maintenance.
The building is delivered to site with a temporary roof, allowing all the internal components to be finished simultaneously to the installation of the pitched roof.
Fascias can be finished in plastisol coated steel to match the main body, or UPVC to match the windows.
Prefabricated buildings can now compete with many traditional building methods in terms of quality, cost, and being finished within a short timescale.
