The term prefabricated building describes exactly what we do at Springfield.

We design, build and develop, in our St Helen's workshops, a wide range of Buildings which can then be delivered to a site of your choice complete and ready for use for whatever purpose required.

The advantage to us of a prefabricated building is that we can design & construct the unit in the comfort of our custom built workshop. We employ time served craftsmen and equip them with every possible time saving tool and procedure, this creates efficiencies and production speeds that would not be available on a rainy, wind swept building site in February !

The Advantage to you the customer is that this delivers cost and time efficiencies that allow us to offer high quality units, in double quick time at the very best prices.

And the news just gets better and better; we offer so many options both internally & externally you can really go to town on making your unit suit your needs and look unique. They don't have to be grey, ugly boxes, not here they don't anyway, we wouldn't allow it !
