NEW Modular Single Classroom Building for Local School 

Having recently completed a new modular classroom building for Aspull Church Primary School, we are pleased to be attending their dedication service on 17th February. 

With growing classroom sizes portable buildings are an ideal solution both in terms of speed, and budget, and provide a nice environment for teaching the next generation.

Brand new Jackleg teaching unit now complete and about to be delivered to a school in Rotherham.  On time and on budget.

We are conscious that we constantly have to be looking for better in every aspect of our Business.

Better methods, better materials, better prices, better everything that results in, not only a better building, but the absolute best. 

We are delighted to advise that as a result of this we are one of very few Companies in our field capable of manufacturing modular units with a 48 foot span. 

Over recent months we have worked with a local team of Structural Engineers to design, calculate and construct a 48 foot span modular building. 

The 48 x 10 foot buildings offer greater flexibility in design for our clients and are sure to be a winner in the coming months as we are now able to meet the increasing demand for bigger units. Another benefit is the advantages of scale mean that bigger buildings don't always mean bigger bills.

We are also working on a 18metre x 3.9metre unit

We are delighted that following a rigorous pre-contract checking procedure we have been chosen by Stornaway Government Trust to supply a highly Insulated Welfare Unit to the Island. 

Stornaway is located on a Northerly point of the Isle of Lewis in the Scottish Hebrides and is noted for it's humid atmosphere and damp conditions.

More importantly for our client the temperature can regularly drop below freezing, even in May and September, so it really has been a true test of the robust nature of our units. 

Our long term investment in eco-friendly intiatives has allowed us to identify, source and test innovative materials and produce technically efficient products capable of withstanding the worst elements of the weather. 

The whole unit is highly insulated throughout, including the walls, floors and steel roof and guaranteed to provide "warm & toasty" working conditions for the Trust employees at low energy cost. 

If "warm & toasty" is important to you and your staff, there really can be only one choice.

We all know it's tough financially at the moment and the state of the economy is making it difficult for any of us to fund what we really want. 

It is therefore critical that when we do spend money it really is spent wisely and we get very best value for money. 

A good example of this is the unit we have recently supplied to MGF Durham. 

The Clients specification included the requirement for a high performance modular building with a steel insulation roofing system which had to adhere to demanding Local Planing Department regulations. 

Our "can do attitude" and desire to deliver exactly what the the client needs provided the unit to a high specification, on spec, on time and on budget despite a number of costly challenges.
